Have you ever dreamt of exploring the underwater world on a single breath? That’s how my freediving journey began – a childhood fascination with the Mediterranean. Every chance I got I packed my mask and fins and went to explore the underwater world that’s how i found my passion for freediving.

Those years as a freediver ignited a passion for sharing this experience. After 3 years teaching AIDA & SSI courses in Corfu, I’m building a dedicated freediving center – a haven for enthusiasts worldwide.

Imagine the Greek Mediterranean as your training ground. Join me and explore the magic of the underwater world – one breath at a time.

Amrei

Amrei is our Yoga expert. She has always had a passion for movement and is an experienced Ashtanga Yoga teacher.

Being a movement enthusiast she has learned to listen to her body and how to become stronger and healthier in the long run.

With Alex she has discovered her love for freediving and the calm it brings. Her Yoga courses will make you fall in love with movement and make your freediving experience all the more enjoyable.

     Ruddy was a great instructor. Learnt heaps. Just from 1 day of the course I increased my breath hold from 2.40mins to 3.25mins.

     I took my AIDA 3 with Alex in August 2023.
From the moment I contacted him a few weeks before the course until the end, Alex was always pleasant and available.
Thanks to him, I was able to beat my personal bests in static and depth.  Even though I insisted on doing the rescue manoeuvre on someone heavier, he was able to put me in a position to succeed in a skilful way, showing his teaching intelligence.
