Discover Freediving
This is a 1-day discover course offered in the captivating waters of Corfu, covering the eabsolute basics of freediving. It includes instruction on breathing, relaxation, duck dive and equalization.
Prerequisites:
- Be 18 years of age or older (16 or 17 years old with parent or guardian consent)
- Be able to swim at least 100m non-stop

Beginner Course
This is a 2-day foundation course offered in the captivating waters of Corfu, covering the essentials of freediving. It includes instruction on breathing, relaxation, physiology, equipment, equalization, freediving technique, and safety protocols
Prerequisites:
- Be 18 years of age or older (16 or 17 years old with parent or guardian consent)
- Can swim at least 200m non-stop without fins or at least 300m non-stop with mask, fins, and snorkel
Requirements:
- 2 minutes STA (Static Apnea)
- 40 meters DYN (Dynamic Apnea)
- 12 meters CWT (Constant Weight)
- Theoretical exam

Advanced Course
This advanced freediving course, set in the breathtaking waters of Corfu, is crafted to enhance skills from prior levels and instill new techniques, safety procedures, and knowledge. Freedivers will delve into free-fall, Frenzel Equalizing, training tables, pressure-related risks, and risk mitigation. Disciplines such as Static Apnea, Dynamic Apnea, Free Immersion, and Constant Weight will serve as training grounds. This course empowers freedivers with proficiency, teaching energy efficiency, pressure preparation, land and water training, advanced equalization techniques, and the ability to organize and conduct sessions—all with a focus on safety in the stunning freediving locale of Corfu.
Prerequisites:
- Be 18 years of age or older (16 or 17 years old with parent or guardian consent)
- Can swim at least 200m non-stop without fins or at least 300m non-stop with mask, fins, and snorkel
- Have completed the AIDA2 course or have completed the AIDA2 Crossover Evaluation if crossing over from another freediving agency
Requirements:
- 2:45 minutes STA (Static Apnea)
- 55 meters DYN (Dynamic Apnea)
- 24 meters CWT (Constant Weight)
- Theoretical exam

Master Course
This Master Freediver course in Corfu expands beyond recreational freediving, introducing techniques like FRC diving, mouth-fill equalization, and packing. Skills are honed in Static Apnea, Dynamic Apnea, Constant Weight, Free Immersion, and Variable Weight. Successful candidates are prepared for the role of "Assistant Instructor," leading warm-ups and supervising students. Theory sessions cover physics, decompression sickness, fitness, and nutrition. Ideal for those aspiring to freedive deep, compete, or progress toward an Instructor level, this course emphasizes deep freediving beyond failure depth, Mouthfill equalization, and essential safety procedures in Corfu's stunning freediving setting.
Prerequisites:
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Have completed the AIDA 3 course or have completed the AIDA 3 Crossover Evaluation if crossing over from another freediving agency
- Have completed a course in First Aid with CPR within the last two years
Requirements:
- 3:30 minutes STA (Static Apnea)
- 70 meters DYN (Dynamic Apnea)
- 32 meters CWT (Constant Weight)
- Theoretical exam

Cancellations of bookings are possible up to one week before the start of the course. We will invoice cancellations of courses made after that time. To reserve your spot, a deposit of 25% of the course fees is necessary.
